Responsibilities:
Collect and organize ad performance data, build analytical models;
Optimize strategies via A/B testing and attribution analysis;
Create visual reports to present trends and recommendations to teams and clients;
Assist in developing automation tools (e.g., scripts) to streamline data workflows.

Requirements:
1+ years of data analysis experience with SQL, Python, or Google Data Studio;
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables);
Familiarity with ad performance metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS) and optimization logic;
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
