													Focuses on optimizing social media ads (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) to boost engagement and conversions. Requires expertise in short-video ad creation, collaboration, and content marketing strategies.
												
												Responsibilities:
													Design and execute social media ad campaigns, optimize creatives (copy, images, videos);
													
Analyze user behavior data to refine targeting and ad scheduling;
Collaborate with influencers to develop content marketing plans and track performance;
Report on ad performance and propose improvements.

Requirements:
													3+ years of social media advertising experience with knowledge of TikTok and Meta algorithms;
													
Experience in short-video production or design tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere);
Familiarity with collaboration processes, candidates with successful cases preferred;
